How Sonicu engages leads and keeps you informed every step of the way

What Happens After You Submit a Lead

Partners do not need to manage any of these steps, Sonicu handles the full process.

Once your lead is submitted:

  1. Sonicu Review & Outreach

    • The Sonicu team reviews your lead and contacts the prospect within 24 hours

  2. Discovery Call

    • A Sonicu representative schedules a conversation to understand the customer’s needs

  3. Solution Demo / Site Assessment

    • The team demonstrates Sonicu’s monitoring solutions and evaluates the environment

  4. Quote & Proposal

    • Sonicu prepares a tailored solution and proposal for the customer

  5. Order Placement & Implementation

    • Once the customer approves, the order is placed, and the solution is implemented

Updates & Visibility for Partners

Referral partners will receive regular updates to stay informed and motivated:

  • Quarterly Commission Reports

    • Summary of closed deals and earned referral commissions

  • Newsletter & Promotions

    • Option to sign up for partner newsletters

    • Watch for special referral promotions and incentives sent by Becky Meyer, Channel Manager

  • Ongoing Support

    • Partners can request to be included in communications on specific opportunities if desire
